Mother Daughter Retreat

Our goal is to help moms empower themselves and their daughters through ChatterGirls Anthology.

This one of a kind Mother Daughter experience is a must attend. 

Learn from Alicia Birong; Pioneer in Pediatric Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy. 

Over the course of 2 days and 5 sessions, you will learn how to better manage negative emotions, bullies, negative chatter, self image and more. 

There are activities throughout the day to hit home the lessons you are learning.

Lunch will be provided both days, so please let us know about any food allergies.

Sessions: Each session includes a time of quiet visualization time called "Journey to the Mind"

Journey To The Mind - Through a unique visualization technique created by President Alicia Birong, you will learn how to quiet your mind, sort through your thoughts, lay aside the negative and make room for the positive. 

This process is hands off and only includes some quiet music to help fill the space while Alicia guides you through a fun kid friendly visuaization.
